"If you want peace and quiet and do not drive then this is the place. We never used the car in the whole week we were there and its so dog friendly, you can walk to the town centre or take the boat and do your shoping or eat out - the location is fantastic!"

"The location was perfect, close to the shops and eating places, and yet set in a beautiful and peaceful hideaway that was away from any passing traffic. Also superb accommodation, would recommend this place to anyone."

"A wonderful place to stay, set away from the busy heart of the Broads, yet only five minutes walk away from the shops and pubs. Absolutely marvellous acccommodation and we'll be back next year if we can. The kids loved the rowing boat and hubby loved the fishing. Very dog friendly with plenty of good walks in the area."
