"Since arriving the holiday ran so smoothly, accommodation was luxury compared to what I'd experienced abroad. The hot tub was ready on arrival, with fresh water, 40c and fairly deep, far better than our local leisure centre. The weather was pleasant, mostly dry which was lovely for mid October. My son got ill on the second night though the health service were excellent and the site manager offered us another night in the lodge if needed. I will definitely go again." |

Rivers Nest in Bala. The area to the east of Snowdonia, bordering the English county of Shropshire, is one of Wales' best kept secrets. Wonderful countryside, wooded hills, tranquil valleys and the Berwyn Mountains offer tremendous scope for walking, cycling, climbing and birdwatching, and a fantastic base in this area is the village of Llangynog.
