This is a superb touring base in the very heart of Devon. A host of visitor attractions await you here with something to suit everyone. Dartmoor, Exmoor, Lynton, Lynmouth, Lyme Regis, Seaton and Sidmouth are all close by and Tiverton a bustling market town straddling the River Exe, is just 8 miles away.
Knighthayes Court, Bicton Botanical Park, the Tarka Line, several golf courses, Quad World and plenty of opportunities for swimming, riding and fishing are all easily accessible. The cathedral city of Exeter is 22 miles and the numerous amenities of Taunton are 17 miles.

| "Very high standard of accommodation in pretty location. The walled garden adjoining was secluded with a large well kept lawn ideal for ball games etc. and garden benches to sit on. It was open most of the time except when the grass was being cut." |
