The lodge is light and airy providing a spacious living area which can be accessed by a ramp and offers two bedrooms, both with en suite facilities, ensuring privacy for all guests. A small cloakroom/utility room houses a further WC and wash basin and the convenience of laundry facilities. Surrounded by large lawned areas and backing onto a wooded area, Fir Tree Lodge enjoys an abundance of wildlife to enjoy from the private veranda!
Set amidst 18 hole and 9 hole golf courses and a driving range, residents may enjoy discounted green fees along with the facilities of the clubhouse where you can enjoy drinks, bar snacks or a meal in the restaurant. A fitness centre is also available at the clubhouse, with just a minimal charge for a day pass. From the rear of the lodge, a short stroll leads through a private entrance to Sewerby Hall and gardens with 4 passes entitling you to free entry to the children's zoo, bowling and putting greens, pitch and putt and a cafe.
Situated in a peaceful location the lodge is an ideal base from which to explore the area with woodland and coastal walks, the beach, sightseeing and bird watching and is with easy reach of Bridlington, Filey and Scarborough.
